Injuries and Tapping

Tapping for when we get injured can address pain, trust in our bodies, and trust in doctors.

  1. We can tap to take the edge off the pain.
  2. We can pay attention to whether it feels better to get outside help or not.
  3. Navigating a doctor’s office, how much do you trust yourself and them?

Use common sense: tapping doesn’t replace getting medical care as or if needed.
