When bad things happen, part 1
When we have a physical mishap, tapping can help in two ways. First of all, tapping for physical pain in the moment might make a difference. I know it does for me!
Secondly, tapping can help you later on as you deal with the shock of the physical mishap and other emotional aspects. In this short podcast, I tap on different aspects related to a physical accident: a sense of disbelief, feeling embarrassed and feeling vulnerable.

P.S. This isn’t for instances of physical violence at the hands of another. While tapping can definitely help with different aspects of that situation, it’s a bit more complicated and is best done in relationship with a skilled therapist or practitioner.
