I am a source of nurturing energy.
Never underestimate the value of mothering, nurturing energy and its impact on the world. We generate a loving field that radiates from our homes outward as we go about our days, evenings, and nights loving our children, our animals, our daily routines, our shopping, our gardens, and our homes.
Just for today, consider how your daily caretaking tasks are nurturing, affirmative, and impactful.
Tapping

- As I consider the care I put into my day, I deeply and completely accept self.
- As I realize the love I put into my day, I deeply and completely accept myself.
- As I am aware of this care creating a vortex of loving energy emanating from my home into the community around me, I deeply and completely accept myself.

- I am a source of nurturing energy.
- Loving energy affects all those around me.
